Grateful for blessings

Howard, the Lyft driver loved my smile, asked me why I am not a model yet. We discussed God, religion, marriage, kids and Indians. He praised me so much I was blushing for 20 minutes. He asked me if I was married and when I told him A left me, he told me that he must be an idiot. Upon finding out that I am a writer and working with cancer, he was really blown away. It was a great ego boost to drive with him! He ended the ride by praying for me. God works in mysterious ways. Amen! I went on to help another man with his luggage, and he said god would bless me. Hallelujah!

Grateful for recognition

SS of the ECEN administrative staff : I went to her because I wanted to get the organizations onto the website. She says, "Are you Radhika Saraf? You are famous!" This was a moment of satisfaction that my efforts are not going unnoticed in the department.

Grateful for praise from a teacher from school

The best part was she said I am not amazed that she (Radhika) is doing well... I know she is hard working and above everyone in intellect. (As recounted by A on Teachers' Day 2017).
