I hope they never have to step on this grass.  Twelfth Man Ae Whoop! rings out the mighty Yell, The 12th man stands in rain or hail. In the glaring Texan heat, the sun always wins. And yet the 12th man stands as sure as  the Earth spins.  And Kyle field is packed by 6 a m, We are here as one, we are A&M. Football is a tradition, it is not just a game.  We are Aggies by blood, not just Aggies by name.  Gig 'em!

A stranger approached me and asked me if there was anything for which she could pray for me for. I was taken aback and could not reply. But I think one kind action is enough to restore my faith, what about you? There are times like these when you want to believe that the whole universe is silently working to keep you happy. Today I feel like an Aggie again. The atmosphere at Reed Arena was a burgeoning maroon. Music blasted in the air and the Dance team put on a performance that I will remember for some time; the way those plush maroon pants moved was enough to raise the temperature of the arena. The basketball team filed in and the announcer was true to this movie stereotype. Jorrrdan Jonessss! The girl rocked the first three periods but suffered an unfortunate injury later. Here's hoping she gets hopping soon! The match went back and forth till the end, the Aggies covered a difference of 15 points in the fourth period. I could taste the anticipation in the air. 5 seconds to go and Courtney Walker in a swift move resets the balance: the scores tie! Overtime was as exciting but our team maintained the lead. The Texas A&M basketball women's team won against Tennessee. The Fighting Texas Aggies band was playing during time outs. The yell leaders were also on fire. BTHO we did!

 New York The day began bright and sunny and cold! Kai, the Lyft driver who had yet again come to pick me up, took us to Hamilton Station. The train took us to Penn and the subway to the 81st Street. Straight into the Musuem of Natural History, which failed to impress me. The animals and cultural artifacts on display were cool, India was depicted inadequately. The Hall of the Universe, before which we heard a brief story of the creation of the universe narrated by Liam Neeson himself. Gleeful, I stared at the huge circular depression in front of me that served as the screen and that made me feel like a step further and I would be lost into the great cosmos. The Hall of Biodiversity had a life size whale and the trunk of a tree that dwarfed any other I have imagined ever. The dinosaurs were funky including my favorite triceratops. Back into the present world, we were hungry and like many of my beloved characters in movies, I was jonesing for a Gray's Papaya Hot Dog. So I got one! An...
